We connect clients with suppliers and materials but are not responsible for installation or contractor performance.
Quotes are estimates unless expressly stated as fixed
Supplier pricing may change
Payment terms will appear on invoices
Late payments may incur fees
We may suspend services for non-payment
Invoices are due according to the terms stated (e.g., Net 7, Net 15, etc.).
Deposits may be non-refundable once sourcing begins
Custom or special-order materials are non-refundable
Refund eligibility will be outlined in project agreements
We do not guarantee:
Cost savings
Supplier pricing outcomes
Timeline performance
Project profitability

To the maximum extent permitted by Pennsylvania law:
Buy Like Builders shall not be liable for:
Contractor errors
Supplier delays
Installation issues
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of profits
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us for the service at issue.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Buy Like Builders from claims arising out of:
Contractor disputes
Improper installation
Your misuse of sourced materials
Violation of these Terms
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
You waive the right to participate in class actions.
You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first using our Services by submitting written notice to:
