The Project Manger would own jobs from contract to closeout. They would keep crews, materials, vendors, and clients aligned so projects land on time, on budget, and on spec. They are the person who walks the site, catches the problem before it costs the company, and keeps everything moving.

Executive Assistant

Full Time

Pay: Salary

The Executive Assistant will also have a hand in operations execution. They would keep the founder's day organized and commitments handled They're the person who catches the dropped ball, follows up so the founder doesn't have to, and turns "I need this handled" into "it's done."

Content & Social Media Creator

Part time

Pay: Salary

The Content & Social Media Creator would be a one-person content engine: someone who can shoot, post, and edit — video and photo — and turn raw job sites and product into content that builds authority and drives leads. They would own the full pipeline from camera to caption.

Kitchen and Bath Outside Sales

Full time

Pay: Base + Commission

The Kitchen and Bath Salesperson has to be motivated and customer focused. The salesperson would need to be able to guide customers from the initial consultation process to the final purchase and delivery, as well as the follow up and review.

Job Site Helper

Full Time

Pay: Day Rate

The Job Site Helper will be assisting with various job site tasks. This role supports skilled tradespeople and helps ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.
